A frequent / multi-trip or annual travel insurance policy is for people who travel ANYWHERE on a regular basis. These policies only cover trips that commence and end in Australia.

If you are an Australian Citizen/Resident ALREADY OVERSEAS

You may not select these policies. Please refer to policies for Returning Home,Starting and Ending Overseas or Extending Overseas Stay.

Free coverage may or may not extend to spouse or dependent children, depending on insurer.
Some Insurers have 2 types of Annual; multi trip policies - Worldwide INCLUDING USA and some EXCLUDING USA.
A leisure trip may last no more than 38 days or 60 days (depending on the insurer), and a business trip may last no more than 90 days
