circumstances and requirements.

How this all works
Our
site is designed to offer you all policies that you may purchase based on the
information you input.
We already include any
bonus/free days that may be offered by the insurer
- Input basic quotation
data as requested
- Check each offer and
select policy that best suits your needs
- Read insurance
documents, print out pre-existing/age forms (if required), follow the
prompts
- Complete the application
form, check that all information is correct (the vast majority of delays
caused have been found to be attributable to incorrect information being
supplied)
- Here you have a choice
Select EITHER
- Apply
On Line (this will send your application immediately and securely
to us for processing).

Print and Fax Application.
You will need to print out the application, sign (BOTH areas please) and fax
or post to us (if you have indicated that you have a pre-existing condition
this will be your ONLY option)
NOTE:- Pre-existing or Age
forms, must be faxed WITH the full application form. (pre-existing or age
forms sent without full application form generated by our site including
credit-card details WILL NOT be processed).
When Faxing, please be
aware that our faxes are operational 24/7 . Also If you can’t clearly read
the printing, we will not be able to either.
Our office is manned and operational from
0900hrs (9:00 am) until 1700 hrs (5:00pm) Monday to Friday Australian Eastern
Standard Time
Occasionally we may be in attendance on
weekends and Public Holidays, we do not guarantee processing of applications
on those days.
Once we receive your form we will process
it. Once the policy is issued we will email you the policy number and
emergency contact numbers . We will also package a hard copy of the
documentation and post it to your Australian Address ( If you wish the package
posted overseas please refer to Fees on our site).
How this
all works if you have a Pre-existing Medical, Non Traveller Medical or Aged
form required.

additional cost cost shown with this form. This is because the insurer must
assess what they are prepared to offer you. This may involve an additional
fee. Once the insurer()s) has advised their offer we will email you the
information to await your instructions as to what you wish to do . (please
refer to “Fees”on this site)

make take up to 72 hours to supply a reply.
